Tai Chi

is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and is accompanied by deep, meditative breathing. This system of gentle exercise and stretching is self paced and initially non-competitive. It’s great for all ages and can greatly increase strength, dexterity, livelihood, balance, coordination and much more.
