What are the 5 Elements?

Cardio Endurance

Cardiovascular endurance is a measure of how well you can do exercises that involve your whole body at moderate to high intensity for an extended time. Improving your cardiovascular endurance can make it easier for you to carry out your daily tasks.

Strength

Strength training can help you manage or lose weight. It can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories and enhance your quality of life. Strength training will improve your ability to do everyday activities.

Nutrition

Being nutritionally fit means finding the right “fuel” so you perform at your best. A good diet isn't just healthy and nutritious, it must also be sustainable.

Flexibility

Flexibility is the ability of a joint or series of joints to move through an unrestricted, pain free range of motion. Although flexibility varies widely from person to person, minimum ranges are necessary for maintaining joint and total body health.

Positive Attitude

Your attitude can influence how you approach physical activity, how you recover from setbacks, and how you maintain motivation. Not only can positive thinking help you get the most out of your workout, it can lead to better health, a longer life, and overall greater well-being.
